Residential Pest Control

We know how important it is to live in a safe and beautiful home. We inspect your home, offer advice about any pest control problems, perform an initial treatment to rid your home of any existing pests, and design a maintenance program for your home. Locally owned and operated in Southwest Michigan for 20 years, we are very familiar with the lakeshore areas and the pest control needs specific to them.

Effective Treatments

With our environmentally-sensitive techniques and an integrated approach to pest management, we will deal with unwanted:

  • Mosquitoes
  • Ants
  • Termites
  • Cockroaches
  • Ticks
  • Bed Bugs
  • Spiders
  • Fleas
  • Moles
  • Bees & wasps
  • Rodents
  • Small wildlife

Our Solutions

We offer the following types of treatments to rid your property of pests:

  • Boundary and Perimeter Treatments: We apply a long lasting residual insecticide to the exterior of your home. We can also apply a long lasting residual insecticide to your yard – the long lasting insecticides we use for boundary treatments are also used in playgrounds.
  • Exterior Perimeter Treatments: A premium residual insecticide is applied concentrating on the entry points for insects into your home. Exterior-Only Application is one of our most popular service programs which is usually performed April through October. This convenient service is designed to stop pests BEFORE they enter your home and become a serious problem. And since our technicians will not be entering your home, an appointment is not needed, freeing up your day to do other things.
  • Interior Treatments: Interior areas are inspected and treated specifically for the pests present in your home. A combination of residual insecticides, baits and traps may be used based on your concerns and particular pests.

Ongoing Maintenance

Season after season, your home will be exposed to different types of pests – roaches, ants, spiders, and rodents will all be trying to make a home in yours. To make sure the pests you’ve so carefully controlled don’t return, you can contract for continuing regular pest control services.
